#1: Questionnaire, And Define Project Requirements
It all starts with the New Project Questionnaire. Either you fill this out yourself, or our sales team does it for you. This form asks all the basic questions necessary to determine how we can help best right now. A list of deliverables is made based on the needs there.
#2: Get A Quote, Set Milestones, And Pay Deposit
Once we know what you need, we give you a price quote. Timeframes are decided upon, and a schedule is set. Milestones are laid out, breaking the project down into steps. Once the quote is authorized, we submit an invoice for the deposit. You can pay online, or send a check by mail. Once the deposit is paid, we commence work.
#3: Design Begins, And Content Is Collected
Now all the visual pieces we need to create are made. While this is going on, we might ask questions and get your input on specific details. An outline is decided upon, and content starts being compiled.
#4: Pre-production Design Revisions And Proof Approval
After the visual design pieces are finished, you take a look at the “proofs” (unpublished samples). This is right before printing, or a design being made interactive - in the case of online stores, web presences, etc.
#5: Production, And Content Is Published
After you approve the “proofs,” we publish them in whatever forms required. This can be print, web design, silk screening, decal cutting, web development, etc. Hhere the project becomes tangible. Also, content collected in step 3 is put to use and edits are made as needed.
#6: Quality Assurance, Final Approval, And Payment
After all the production work is completed, our team goes over the work with careful eyes. We make sure everything is right, then you sign off on the work yourself. Depending on your arrangement, you make the final payment on the project, or continue making payments until your project is paid in full. Now the work is “live” and ready to be given to the public.
Any training you need is given throughout the project, as needed, case-by-case.
